The Star of the feast: Oil-less Turkey.

Yes, this is the claim. With only a week left to the Thanksgiving, the Big Easy oil-less Turkey fryer makes its debut at the stores. Using infrared cooking technology, the turkey cooker is to to deliver the crispy and caramel colored, juicy bird in half the time, than you’d expect with the traditional oven cooking. The oil-less cooker derives its name from the special design, which allows the juices to drip into the removable collecting pan (while the turkey is positioned in the holding basket in the cooking chamber), and later be used for the gravy. This method provides a healthy way of cooking any meat: chicken, pork, etc. Cooker does not require preheating and automaticaly sensors and adjust time and temperature for the cooking. The unit is powered by a propane-fueled 18,000 BTU burner.
If you can order it and have timely delivery or find one at the nearby store,  you may check everything the manufacturer promises, by yourself.
