I don’t know what’s with Belgium lately, but in two days I encountered 2 interesting items, so I decided to combine it.
It’s Friday today and I hope these items will help you to get to a right mood for the weekend.
If you reading it over the weekend, have something to talk about besides the Real Estate and mortgage crisis and the income tax’s due day looming.
If you got to it on Monday, I hope you made it to where you were going on time (daylight savings on March 9) and now get 5 minutes to relax from the commute and read the following:
The height of the dining experience
A company in Belgium offers a unique experience, which is up there. In the sky. For about $12,000 for 8 hours of joy, you may rent a crane, tables, a special platform and a security staff to help you soar high into the sky for an unforgettable experience of having a dinner, or any other meal of the day in the air. That is, of course, if you don’t have a fear of height. Just don’t forget to bring your own chef and make sure you reserved a way out…(as I understood, certain facilities are not provided).
The company is Dinner In The Sky. Its front page is upfront with its pricing, so there should not be any surprises.
Now, if you click on the video link: Dinner in the Sky. MSN Video, you should see everything with your own eyes. (There may be a commercial before the video).
Running for Money?
150 women, wearing heels, run thru the streets of Amsterdam. What for? For the prize of $10,000 for a shopping spree. You may see it for yourself : Stiletto Run. Yahoo News
“The annual race on the P.C. Hooft street called the ‘Stiletto Run’ is only three years old but has quickly grown in popularity and spawned imitation races in Germany, Sweden, Poland and Russia.”
CAMiLEON: The Heel of a Property
Since we are talking about heels, I think you should know, that shoes with adjustable heels do exist. Maybe, some runners in Belgium even employed them.
This particular shoe line is made by “CAMiLEON” for women on the go and, maybe, on the run, too.
The demonstration video of the company shows how with a slight flick of the hand, the heel of a shoe almost doubles in height, and the result of the transformation is swift and stunning.
The upper part of the shoe are made of Italian leather and coated with a protective layer to deliver a high-gloss finish. Now, visit the site for the CAMiLEON shoes and look thru the styles, which retail for $220-$320. Most important, watch the video. All here: camileonheels
You may read about the idea behind the creation of CAMiLEON Heels in: Daily Mail.
As with everything else, that is for sale, you may find some bargains at:
shopping.msn.com. Camileon Heels.
Have a nice weekend.
